Circusoc is the University of NSW's Circus Society - one of the clubs in friendly "co-opetition" with the Newtown Jugglers.
Their new show, Elixir Carnivale is performing from August 19-23, 2008, starting (after?) 7:45pm.
"Circusoc's new show, the Elixir Carnivale is a piece devised to push the boundaries of UNSW's performance scene. Combining the best early 19th century burlesque with modern circus and carnival sideshow you wouldn't want your mother to see, this show is sexy and sassy, and more than a little bit dangerous and shocking."
There will probably be a Newtown Jugglers contigent to see the show; ask around at the club for details.
