Our finances cycle up and down with the rent and insurance bills. Normally, when we are at the bottom of the cycle, I (Julian) have to reach into my own pocket to cover it. However, we now a few dollars in the black, despite having just pre-paid for insurance and rent.
I can't remember the last price rise we had, but I think it was pre-2006. This is a 22% price drop (in real terms) since Jan 2006.
