Email spam tells me my penis is too small, I have sexual dysfunction, I need to lose weight, I need to get a date, I’m clearly so sick I need cheap tablets, my sales are too low, governments of foreign countries are corrupt - and the locals think I am too, my breasts are too small, my website has no visibility, my account has been suspended, I am throwing away my money, and women in my area aren’t interested in me as a person - they just want to have sex.

Blog spam (well, the type that currently gets through my spam-filter, and has to be deleted manually) tells me how much they enjoy my blog, how my articles are very interesting, and that they think I might be interested in their web-site.

I prefer blog spam to email spam.
