When I am presenting or performing, I often explain that I really hate it when people in the back row are mumbling rude comments about me to their friends. I ask that the people who want to insult me do so loudly and with good enunciation, so everyone can hear. I guess I am asking for the same thing here on the blog. Maybe you are right, Alastair.
