This was when he was an undergraduate student at a Melbourne university.  He couldn&#8217;t find a free car park within the university, and eventually parked in a space reserved for Professor Jones.<\/p>\n<p>He came back to his car &#8211; which he routinely left unlocked &#8211; to find a note on the steering wheel. &#8220;Please come to see me. Professor Jones, room 101.&#8221;  <\/p>\n<p>He discarded the note with contempt, and went to drive away, but his car wouldn&#8217;t start. Popping the bonnet to inspect the engine, he found that the rotor button was missing &#8211; critical for starting the car. In its place was another note. &#8220;Now, please come to see me.
